📣 Get Ready: Open Enrollment Is Here!

It’s that time of year again! Open Enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to review, update, and choose the benefits that fit you and your family best. Whether you’re looking to adjust your healthcare plan, explore new options, or ensure you’re covered for the year ahead, now’s the time to take action!

What’s New This Year?

• Medical premiums have increased by 6% for both employee and employer contributions. (If you are currently enrolled in a state insurance, our UMR employee only plan is $139.00/month and is considered affordable under ACA.)
• Dental rates remain the same.

Process: During this period, benefit-eligible employees can review and modify their benefit selections. Materials such as benefit guidebooks, presentations, and videos are available to assist in making informed choices for personal and family healthcare needs.

Accessing and Modifying Benefits:

• Access the Open Enrollment Wizard through employee self-service.
• Click on the "open enrollment" icon to review current benefits and make changes or add new ones.
• Ensure to click "ok" at the end of selections to confirm changes; a statement of selections will be provided afterward.

Important Dates:

• Open Enrollment runs from January 6th to January 21st.
• 401K retirement One-On-Ones are available on Tuesday, January 21st from 1 to 6 PM. Appointments can be scheduled by contacting toniw@cowlescocompany.com.
